From legendary grooves and signature movements to short choreographies and performance elements, you'll discover what made the King of Pop one of the most influential performers of all time. In these classes we'll explore the foundations of Michael Jackson's dance style while developing coordination, musicality, rhythm, confidence and stage presence in a fun and supportive environment. You'll learn: ๐บ Iconic Michael Jackson moves and techniques ๐บ Basic grooves, rhythm, and movement quality ๐บ Choreographies inspired by MJ's style ๐บ Performance skills and stage presence ๐บ The foundations behind his unique movement vocabulary ๐ Meet your teacher: Jene' Walker Jene' Walker is an award-winning dancer and choreographer who has been teaching Michael Jackson dance styles for nearly 20 years. Throughout his career, he has worked with artists including Destiny's Child, Pink, Brandy, and Kerli Kรตiv. He currently works as Head of Security for Tommy Cash. ๐๏ธ Schedule Wednesdays 18:00โ18:55 Starting Sept 2nd 2026 ๐ฑ Level: Absolute Beginner No previous dance experience is required. Class Booking & Cancellation Policy To help classes run smoothly and give everyone a fair chance to attend, we kindly ask students to manage bookings responsibly. - You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before class. - Late cancellations or no-shows prevent others from taking the spot and complicates the teacherโs planning for the class. ๐ Unlimited members If you do not cancel your booking in time and do not attend class, a 5โฌ no-show fee will apply. ๐ Class pack members If you do not cancel your booking in time and do not attend class, your class credit will still be used. ๐Pay-on-the-spot bookings If you choose to pay in person and do not cancel in time or attend class, 50% of the class price remains payable. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us if something unexpected comes up. ๐
