Cancellation Policy
Class Booking & Cancellation Policy To help classes run smoothly and give everyone a fair chance to attend, we kindly ask students to manage bookings responsibly. - You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 1 hour before class. - Late cancellations or no-shows prevent others from taking the spot and complicates the teacherâs planning for the class. đ Course bookings If you sign up for the whole course (for example 8-week beginners course), missed classes will not be refunded or compensated. You are automatically registered for all classes of the course. đ Unlimited members If you do not cancel your booking in time and do not attend class, a 5âŦ no-show fee will apply. đ Class pack members If you do not cancel your booking in time and do not attend class, your class credit will still be used. đPay-on-the-spot bookings If you choose to pay in person and do not cancel in time or attend class, 50% of the class price remains payable. We understand emergencies happen, please contact us if something unexpected comes up. đ
