Service Description
The lessons are at a leisurely pace, which can be adjusted to suit each individual. Every body and its flexibility is different but everyone has the ability to develop. In addition to stretching, the mobility of the body and joints is also important, so I always try to include exercises in my training that help improve joint movement and range of motion. Stretching training helps release tension and pain in the body and is a good way to recover after a long day of training or work. 👉 If possible, bring a slightly larger towel - it can help to get a greater range of motion in certain exercises. Also a water bottle and your own yoga mat. We also have some spare mats in the studio but your own is more hygienic.
